We are currently seeking a highly motivated and conscientious individual to join our team as a Junior System Administrator.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently. This is a critical position that assists with maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems within our organisation.

Your profile


Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Technical Maintenance of Endpoints:
    Perform regular technical maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting on company devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).

  2. Backup Monitoring:
    Monitor backup systems to ensure data is regularly backed up, reporting any failures or inconsistencies to SysAdmin.

  3. CMDB (Configuration Management Database) Management:
    Maintain accurate asset inventory records in the CMDB system and ensure proper documentation of IT assets.

  4. Access Control Management:
    Help in managing user access controls and permissions according to company policies and security best practices.

  5. Cybersecurity:
    Assist the SysAdmin in the early detection of threats and monitor the logs of the anti-malware solution.

  6. Weekly Reporting:
    Prepare and contribute to weekly reports on IT system performance, ticket resolution, and endpoint health.

Necessary Competence (education/qualification):

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Needed skills or mandatory training:

Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, any additional languages is a strong plus.
