Responsibilities and requirements:
Collaborate with the Head of Product and Architecture and stakeholders in defining,
analysing, reviewing and documenting new requirements, change requests, and reported
bugs.
Create high-level design documentation.
Design and implement use cases and user acceptance tests.
Follow Indivi’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, based on IEC 62304 or
IEC 82304 for medical software:
Adhere to product processes for requirements and design.
Create and maintain the design history documentation, define user needs and corresponding validation specifications, and define corresponding requirements and verification tests.
Drive the execution, delivery, and outcome of the product throughout the product
lifecycle using an iterative design and development process.
Document system processes and architecture using BPMN, UML, and other industry
standards.
Generate and manage the development team’s work list by writing product backlog items
with acceptance criteria and prioritising them to achieve the product vision.
Work with stakeholders during planning activities to determine the content and steps
required for the next iteration at a sprint, release, or product level.
Define, elaborate, and estimate product backlog items with the development team during refinement sessions.
Facilitate reviews to ensure the product increment is examined optimally to elicit feedback and determine the development route.
Generate Change Advisory Board (CAB) documentation to support changes and releases including documentation of release notes.
Necessary Competence (education/qualification):
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in product management and/or requirements development, preferably
in the mobile app or healthcare sector.
Experience with formal SDLC management processes.
Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with designers, developers, integrators,
and business teams.
Experience capturing and managing software requirements as Use Cases.
Familiarity with ISO 13485, IEC 62304 and IEC 82304 standards and Agile methodologies
(Scrum, Kanban).
Experience defining software acceptance criteria and validation.
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
